COMING IN 2027? The Impact of Feminism on the Tech Industry and Beyond

COMING SOON IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT A highly anticipated post that will shed light on the role of feminism in the tech industry and beyond (rest assured, we'll present it tactfully). If there is no improvement in the tech job market by December 31st, 2026, this post will be published.

The Truth Will Set You Free!

Buckle up, good people of the world! The truth may set you free, but first, it may make you miserable. This is the reality that candidates in the tech market have been facing over the past few years. The truth, as we understand it, is as follows: not all, but most high-ranking individuals within companies, particularly large corporations and organizations, have struck a deal with the devil to achieve success in their respective industries. This means they must comply with orders. For instance, if they are told to dismiss a certain percentage of employees, they must follow suit or risk losing their business's financial stability. This is only one aspect of the truth that goes much deeper and broader. We encourage you to conduct your own research to uncover the full truth! Another truth that you may have gathered from previous posts is this: recruiters and HR personnel work for themselves and the company they represent. They serve as middlemen, looking for keywords in your CV, making decisions that can be irrational at times if your CV doesn't perfectly match the job description keywords. This is one of the most detestable practices found within the tech industry and beyond, where there are middlemen. Can you imagine a situation where someone who is not qualified for a position evaluates another person's qualifications? On what planet is that possible? We must ensure this becomes impossible on our planet! It's absurd! The most that recruiters and HR should do is assess someone's soft skills and communication skills, something they claim to do but often fail at, becoming arrogant in the process, while also evaluating your technical qualifications, despite not being qualified themselves. They will never admit or tell you this, but that's how it is! If this isn't true for all recruiters and HR, it is true for a substantial percentage of them. This is why the company hiring you may never hear about you, preventing you from presenting yourself, showcasing your knowledge, demonstrating your abilities, and so on. Here is another truth that is crucial to understand (it adds to the first truth): layoffs are a form of spiritual warfare against people. Someone decides who gets to work and earn a living. This someone does not care about your qualifications for the job. If you are on some blacklist somewhere, undesirable to be hired regardless of your exceptional personality and impressive qualifications due to being targeted by the system (consider "the system" as broadly as possible), then you will not be hired, even if you are the perfect candidate for the job. Can you comprehend this? Do you know that this is not irrational and is very real? You can combat this by applying to jobs at companies run by normal people who have remained steadfast and haven't sold their souls. Since you cannot determine this when you apply for a specific job position, apply anyway. In the process, things will reveal themselves. Trust your intuition and the energy you feel from the other side. Trust your instincts 100%! Here is another truth that you must absolutely know (it supplements the first truth): AI is not to blame! AI cannot replace human time, energy, or emotional intelligence. They claim "AI can work 24/7" but this statement is a colossal lie and nonsense. They tell you this lie to justify firing you or offering you significantly lower pay than what you truly deserve. The true culprit is as follows: hiring managers and CEOs who are not necessarily evil people, but they believe they're "smarter" than everyone else and can accomplish it with AI and a smaller workforce that will be overworked and exploited to replace other tech professionals; hiring managers and CEOs who are smart and malicious - they disguise this by appearing charming in public while making decisions behind closed doors that remain unknown publicly, thus maintaining their "perfect" image, but you only feel the consequences through layoffs or not getting the job. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your culprit. We cannot reveal the full culprit yet, but it boils down to the first truth: people sell their soul and are forced to do things they must do or risk losing their business. Do you now realize that the entire battle is for the spirit and the aura of humanity? They know if you don't have a job and financial security, your aura is likely to weaken (if you don't know how to protect it) and become vulnerable, attracting negativity. Who benefits from this? Who benefits from weakening society and making people miserable? This is your real culprit hiding behind the curtains! We invite you to conduct thorough research on your own. We know the details, but we provide a chance for the tech industry to correct itself; otherwise, more severe measures will be taken by us. It is incredibly naive to believe that in any given industry where many similar businesses exist, some manage to succeed and progress while others struggle simply due to their "extreme dedication" or "intelligence" when in fact it's far more likely that the top people within these companies have joined secret organizations and sold their soul. Always conduct your research, never blindly trust anyone, not even TSL, despite our knowledge of speaking the truth. We encourage you to research and arrive at your own conclusions! Don't you find it strange that AI can be used in any industry, not just the tech industry, yet the technical industry seems to be greatly affected by layoffs? What about accountants, translators, lawyers, doctors, and other professions that require a laptop and internet connection, why isn't AI causing layoffs there? Here's our perspective on this: technology governs the lives of billions of people. Through technology, a global control network and mass surveillance can be established and are being attempted to be established. An accountant or a lawyer is limited in their country where they work. The technical industry operates differently: it transcends borders. Hence, the technical sector is so greatly affected by layoffs: it's not because the salaries of tech professionals are astronomical, but because it forms one of the pillars that controls humanity! Each smartphone, each laptop, each PC, each tablet is driven by technology, and whoever controls the technology and information, controls the world. If good people are employed and powerful, they can fight back and change the world. But if they're left to struggle and fight for a job, they don't have the time or energy to fight. Do you now see that it is truly a spiritual warfare? Here's another truth: human nature itself, greed, and the desire to save money and not pay people what they deserve are additional factors contributing to the chaos in the tech industry. Never believe for even a second that layoffs occur because of financial difficulties faced by the companies. Such an excuse is merely a facade, in most cases! There is abundant cash and wealth in the world but it's not equally distributed. Money can be printed from paper; there can always be more money made. Money serves as leverage against people to keep their vibration low, weaken their aura, and maintain control over them. Although salaries within the tech industry are certainly decent, they are not astronomical enough to warrant layoffs. Top athletes, top football players, top basketball players earn millions of dollars and euros on a monthly basis. There is abundance of money in the world but they want you to believe otherwise because whatever you believe becomes your reality! Always investigate, never stop learning and growing, and never accept any excuse from anyone regarding your worth and value. Know your worth and value, and you will overcome any battle, including the ongoing and heavily waged spiritual warfare! - TSL

Money Mindset

If you are a job seeker in the tech industry (or any other industry): Every person's relationship with money is unique and individual. As such, we cannot provide specific financial recommendations. We are not financial advisors; it is up to you to determine what to do with your own funds. However, we can offer the following insight: if you are job hunting and have no income, your resources will eventually run out. To prevent this (or if it has already happened): given the current state of the tech job market, continuing to endure the market until the delusion subsides may not be worth it. Consider seeking employment in a related field or transitioning to an entirely different industry for a while. Don't limit yourself solely to the tech sector. Cultivate and showcase the other talents within you. Don't pursue a tech job at all costs if doing so is causing you financial hardship. Instead, find a job in another industry and use any spare time to pursue opportunities in the tech field (without added stress). It's important to note that the tech industry isn't the only one offering high salaries. However, with ongoing inflation, those high salaries may not go as far as they once did. Moreover, due to advancements in AI, unscrupulous behavior is becoming more apparent in the tech sector. This purge will take time to complete and cleanse the industry of psychopathic, egotistical, and greedy CEOs because ultimately their companies will struggle without human employees. These companies may face eventual decline, one way or another. Karma does exist! In light of this information, dear reader, if you find yourself in a financially difficult situation due to the tech market's current state, take a moment to breathe and reflect on your choices. Ultimately, only you know what is best for you. We are here to help guide you through the process, but not to dictate your decisions. When financial pressures arise, we believe it's important to set aside pride and ego. Taking a non-tech job that still offers a decent salary and provides for you and your family while you continue to pursue a tech career (because of passion rather than solely financial gain) seems like a sensible approach. The truth is this: if you persist in your efforts and work hard, success will eventually come your way! The odds are greatly in your favor. However, consider whether it's worth enduring prolonged suffering-even for multiple years-with constant rejections that may have nothing to do with your skills or qualifications (assuming this is the case). If you can handle the financial strain, by all means, pursue a tech job. Otherwise, remember that the world offers countless opportunities, and at the end of the day, the tech industry is just one of many industries. Quality individuals are needed in every corner of the world. Leverage your diverse talents and find that remarkable job that will bring you immense joy, happiness, and financial prosperity. - TSL

We are here to support you as you progress. The content provided on this platform aims to enhance your skills and help you avoid being deceived. You will no longer be bamboozled! Gain insight into the evaluation process employed by tech companies, including elements beyond technical knowledge such as appearance, confidence, and peculiarities. Be aware of common mistakes made by candidates. Avoid advertising your prolonged unemployment or acknowledging being impacted by layoffs on LinkedIn as these factors can deter recruiters. They may harbor doubts about your employability without openly expressing their concerns, unfortunately due to human psychology. Additionally, neediness is highly unattractive. Confidence attracts! Visualize yourself, the quintessential "Nice Guy," attending your first tech interview with an HR or recruiter who has a considerable romantic history. Your inherent kindness immediately repels her despite any errors on your part. Your initial impression is already formed, and you'll be denied advancement to the next round of interviews. The influence of feminism in hiring processes may not be openly discussed, but it does play a role. You will no longer be the "Nice Guy"! You will become an unstoppable technical candidate during interviews! Welcome & enjoy the show! - TSL
The Grass Isn't Greener On The Other Side

The Grass Isn't Greener On The Other Side

The grass isn't greener on the other side. It's greener where you water it. This is a lesson that companies who have entered into a delusional state should learn. They are discovering this truth the hard way, as they find themselves in search of the same talent they once let go due to being manipulated by AI companies into releasing their workers in exchange for AI tokens. The current state of the tech job market echoes the delusion promoted by feminism that women can always find a better deal, travel the world, and "explore" or engage in promiscuous behavior before settling down with a wealthy partner. However, this is far from the reality, isn't it? Companies are currently undergoing their own "promiscuous" and "hoe" phase, believing that they will find better people while offering them the lowest salary possible. The truth is, they have already lost their best employees. Good luck to those companies who are re-hiring. This post may come across as harsh, but the truth cannot be hidden. Ignoring the truth only perpetuates delusion and increases the severity of the consequences when reality eventually sets in. Be assured, reality always catches up, sooner or later. - TSL
A Ticket to Being Desirable and Getting Hired

A Ticket to Being Desirable and Getting Hired

In this post, you will learn about your ticket to success: how to be desirable and land a job offer. The human brain is drawn to visually appealing things, whether they are objects or people. This is the first clue. People form their initial perception of something based on what they see and how it is presented to them. The saying "People believe what they see, not what is true" holds merit. Only when we gain a deep understanding of someone or something and their character do we have the complete picture; otherwise, we may never learn the truth. First impressions can be powerful, making it difficult to change one's perception later on. This is how our brains work: we form strong opinions based on initial impressions and seek out evidence to support them. This is why individuals who present a fake persona or image may appear successful, as their perceived success influences others' perceptions of them. However, this post is not about anything fake. It's about genuine qualities that can help you make a strong first impression during job interviews and increase your chances of being hired. In the initial stage of friendship, dating, or hiring, there is a bias towards perfection that doesn't exist in reality. People often judge others based on their initial perception, which can be influenced by factors such as appearance, demeanor, and confidence. A well-dressed candidate with good manners and a confident demeanor during an interview will have a higher chance of being hired. However, it is important to note that this advantage may only last until the later stages of the hiring process, when the candidate's skills and experience become more critical factors. The golden ticket is: good looks, appropriate attire, good manners, confidence, relevant skills and experience for the job, and humility. Avoid coming across as arrogant or overly confident during interviews. Instead, be authentic and genuine in your interactions with potential employers. If an interviewer feels drawn to a candidate, they may be more likely to support them throughout the hiring process, even if there are other equally qualified candidates. It is important to note that good looks do not require the candidate to have model-like features or a slim or thin physique. The ideal candidate should simply feel comfortable in their own skin and avoid appearing chubby, puffy, or overweight. The biggest irony is that once a candidate has been given an opportunity for the job, their character and skills at the job become much more important factors than their physical appearance. Good looks can help secure an interview, but it is the candidate's personality and qualifications that will ultimately determine their success in the position. The unspoken rules that apply during job interviews are as follows: first impressions matter greatly; a well-dressed candidate with good manners and confidence will have a higher chance of being hired; and character is what ultimately wins in the end. Companies may never admit these truths publicly, but they are often at play during the hiring process. If you can master the power of subconscious influences, you will be successful in life. It's important to note that there are instances where candidates may be rejected for reasons unrelated to their qualifications or appearance, such as fake job postings or already-filled positions. In these cases, no amount of charm or charisma can help secure a job offer. The most crucial aspect is that whatever you do, it should be authentically genuine, as people can easily detect inauthenticity. - TSL
Recruitment Platforms Favoring Recruiters and HR Aren't Ideal for Job Seekers

Recruitment Platforms Favoring Recruiters and HR Aren't Ideal for Job Seekers

This topic has been discussed in numerous posts, and it bears repeating: platforms that are dominated by recruiters and HR professionals do not appear to be the most beneficial for job seekers. Keep this in mind! While it may not apply to 100% of such platforms, it likely applies to 90% or more. When 100 candidates apply for a single job opening, only one candidate will secure the position, and the other 99 candidates will be left in the dark without any communication. Recruiters and HR professionals do not always operate ethically. They may send out numerous job descriptions and wait for responses from many applicants. After selecting a few candidates, they often neglect to inform the remaining applicants of their status. Why subject yourself to such treatment? Consider whether it's worthwhile for someone who lacks the competence to assess your qualifications by searching for keywords in your CV? Does this make sense? The most disheartening instances occur when recruiters and HR professionals openly brag about their frivolous reasons for rejecting candidates and denying them the opportunity to advance to further interviews. If all job seekers were to collectively reject the absurd recruitment system, significant changes could be observed. Whenever you feel that a recruiter or HR professional has disrespected you, share this website with them. Share it freely. Show them that you are aware of the truth. You possess the power to educate people on how to treat you. Teach them to respect you! - TSL
Keep Silent Until You Secure the Job and Assess the Work Environment First

Keep Silent Until You Secure the Job and Assess the Work Environment First

One common mistake made by job seekers is announcing their joy and excitement about receiving a job offer and starting on their first day at their new company through a public post. The golden rule is to remain silent until you have secured the job definitively and have had time to fully understand the work environment. This process may take anywhere from six months to a year, during which time all aspects of the workplace are revealed: positive coworkers, toxic coworkers, effective management, and more. Toxic companies tend to reveal themselves quickly - within the first few days up to two months. We suggest keeping quiet for several reasons. Firstly, malicious intent in people is a real phenomenon. Envious and jealous individuals may emit negative energy simply by learning about your positive news. To share the information (if you cannot resist) without risking exposure to this negativity, we recommend writing a post that does not convey excessive emotion (save your internal happiness and joy for yourself and your closest confidants). Secondly, during interviews, companies learn a great deal about candidates, while candidates learn very little about the company. Until you begin working there, you have no idea what the actual work environment will be like, despite what they may tell you during the interview process. You don't have access to the project codebase, know all of your coworkers, or understand the management style, among other things. As a candidate, you are largely in the dark. For these reasons, we believe it is a more strategic approach to remain silent, to work, to observe, and over time, you will uncover the truth about the company. Exercise caution when sharing emotional posts in the early stages as your information is limited. Ultimately, the choice of how to share this news is up to you. We aim only to provide a different perspective on the matter. - TSL
The Best Revenge Is Massive Success

The Best Revenge Is Massive Success

The best revenge is massive success! With no melodrama, remove yourself from disrespectful situations and achieve success beyond your wildest dreams, leaving behind those who doubted you, rejected you, or laid you off. During this process, do not fear losing 99% of so-called friends, as that is what true massive success demands! If you are governed by fear, you will be perpetually stuck in the rat race. Trust your instincts implicitly! If you believe you are more intelligent than those who are interviewing you, then you possess the answer: you are above that place. Even if you secure a job there, but notice a matrix-like mindset and deceit like 99% of companies, dedicate your free time to working on your own projects. Build your empire in silence until it becomes unshakably strong and indestructible! Do not spend your entire life constructing someone else's dream. They reap the financial benefits of your hard work while providing you with paltry compensation, citing various excuses - tough economic conditions, slow growth, inflation, and laughing all the way to the bank. Recognize this deception and "punish" them with massive success! - TSL
Overcoming Rejections and Emerging Victorious

Overcoming Rejections and Emerging Victorious

Rejections should be treated as inconsequential noise, much like the buzzing of flies in your home or apartment - do not let it affect you. If a company never invited you for an initial interview and rejected you immediately, do not spend any time dwelling on this company. Move forward with grace and dignity. Sending emails asking for specific feedback may come across as pitiful and whiny; instead, offer them a deafening silence! They will likely provide general feedback about other "stronger" candidates. If you had an initial interview but were never invited for a second or were rejected after the second, third, fourth, or fifth interview, move on and offer them silence once more! Display high-status signals by not responding to their rejections or inquiring about specific reasons. If they perceive you as someone who doesn't chase or beg, they will assume you understand your worth and value yourself accordingly. We advocate treating rejections impersonally because the decision-makers never got to know you well enough to form an accurate impression of you. Continuing to email them for a second chance may send low-status signals and prevent both current and future job opportunities. Silence is golden! This advice should remind you of WordPress. If you grasp this concept, then you are truly a legend. Such treatment is reserved for disrespectful companies - eternal silence. If they reach out to you again, feel free to communicate with them once more; otherwise, continue moving forward and never look back. This approach embodies the key to success in life: not caring because you believe in your worth and know that the right people will recognize it. Rejections differ from layoffs. In a work setting, a company has the opportunity to evaluate your skills, experience, worth, and personality. While layoffs can feel personal, even if they are simply a result of business decisions, offer them the same deafening silence as rejections and move on with your shining light. Displaying indifference is a high-status signal. Use it authentically to assert control over your emotions and undermine their ego, ensuring victory! - TSL
This Is Probably One of the Worst Things. Only Time Helps

This Is Probably One of the Worst Things. Only Time Helps

One of the hardest things in life is knowing that no matter what you do, it still takes a certain amount of time to reach where you want to be, and there is nothing that can speed up that process - even though you fully know that you deserve it. There are no shortcuts, even if you work 24/7; nothing can hasten the process. This is the period where your mental strength, and the sincerity of what you want, are tested to the fullest. If you desire something so badly and work toward it, the universe has no choice but to grant it to you - provided that you remain neither needy nor desperate. There are many real-life examples of this. Let’s start with the obvious: tech layoffs. If you are affected by a tech layoff, it will take, at minimum, three to six, or even twelve months before you are hired again. Some people find their next job even after 18 to 24 months, or even more in extreme cases. At the time of writing this post, it is summer, and real hires are significantly reduced, essentially frozen until September or towards the end of the year. People are on vacation, enjoying their summer holidays, and nothing a job applicant can do to speed up this process except continue to apply and wait for the right time to pass. These types of situations are intensely frustrating. Here is another example: if you start going to the gym, you will have to wait at least three to six months before you begin seeing noticeable results. You cannot exercise ten or twelve hours per day to speed up the results, as you would simply damage your body. Nothing helps but consistency, dedication, and time! While this may seem obvious, we wanted to bring it to your attention because when you understand why certain things happen, you gain an advantage over those who do not. You are also better equipped to process whatever is going on in this period, which must pass before the light at the end of the tunnel begins to show. Stay strong and never give up! Remain as stress-free as possible because being pushy, needy, or clingy are some of the most repellent forces, and you will almost certainly not get the job. Patience is key! - TSL
The Companies Messed Up, And They Know It!

The Companies Messed Up, And They Know It!

Whether or not these companies publicly acknowledge their mistakes is uncertain. Nevertheless, deep within, they recognize that they have made significant errors. They (un)intentionally released the very same talent they will need to seek again in their future hiring processes. They held onto valuable talent only to lose it. One must wonder how a company can be so careless as to allow such a thing to happen? In a manner reminiscent of mindless robots, companies were persuaded by large AI companies to dismiss skilled individuals in exchange for AI tokens that have since become increasingly expensive and are likely to continue rising in price. Was this a result of greed, or did the CEOs of these tech companies allow themselves to be emotionally manipulated or blackmailed into making such an irrational decision? Each company has its own unique story. As a job applicant, you should not concern yourself with this situation. Simply understand that these companies have made significant mistakes and are aware of them. Although they may not publicly admit their errors due to pride and ego, internally, they acknowledge they have made serious blunders. This saying, "Human stupidity and greed know no bounds" underscores the truth in this situation. A dedicated, intelligent, disciplined employee cannot be replicated by AI. They tried and failed. If a company complains about a lack of skilled tech individuals, consider it a warning sign that the company may not be worth working for. Stay focused and keep striving. If you're looking for work, continue to apply and never lose hope. The pendulum has swung in favor of job seekers, but it will take some time before all those who were unfairly let go find new employment. It will be a painful process, so prepare accordingly and persevere because on the other side of hardship lies great reward! Companies no longer possess an advantage. Each rejection from a company should serve as a reminder that they may never have the opportunity to hire the candidates they reject, for the right company will recognize their talent and welcome them with open arms, leaving companies who demand too much value for too little money in the shadows, where they deserve to be! - TSL
If You Wonder Why Less Qualified People Than You Have Jobs While You Don't, Here Is The Reason

If You Wonder Why Less Qualified People Than You Have Jobs While You Don't, Here Is The Reason

This applies to any industry, but we'll discuss it from the perspective of the tech industry. The reason is straightforward: if someone less qualified than you has a job and you don't, it's because they accept a lower salary. Their compensation is so low that it's an irresistible offer for companies. Companies tolerate subpar quality and constant errors on the same tasks in the hope that the individual will improve over time and continue to be paid the same low salary. If companies discover a tech worker who can somehow perform the job for $1,000 per month, they believe they have struck gold. However, here's what happens: these types of companies are run by miserly, potentially narcissistic, manipulative, and psychopathic CEOs that you would likely not want to work for, so don't worry. Let's consider another example: if in your country the acceptable salary for a tech professional is $4,000 per month but someone is willing to do the job for $3,000 or even $2,500, the company will attempt to take advantage of the lower labor cost. There exists an unwritten karmic law: attempting to cheat the system and avoid the real cost in the end ultimately costs more than if the right person was hired from the beginning. Alternatively, the product is riddled with bugs, and customers abandon it as soon as they join, leaving the company's business to struggle and spiral downward. Different parts of the world have different living costs. What $10,000 means for someone in the U.S. might equate to $2,000 in their country, and they will happily work for that salary. However, there's a catch: cheap doesn't mean quality. How many times has a company hired cheap workers only to later hire the right people with appropriate salaries to clean up the mess left by the cheaper labor force? If you have been in the tech industry long enough, you are aware that this exists. This tells you everything about the company culture and how much they value their employees. Here's a secret that's not so secret anymore: cheap workers aren't respected privately. Publicly the CEO praises them in one-on-one communication but privately they boast to other CEOs or people about how little they pay them, as this inflates their ego and makes them feel powerful because they believe they are cheating the system. The other reason why someone less qualified has a job and you don't is that cheap workers often act as sycophants and flatterers. They tolerate disrespect from management simply to maintain their salary, and management feels empowered because it has complete dominion and control over these individuals. For this reason, such companies can only dream of a rock star person joining their team. We wanted to share these insights with you in case you are that rock star person or someone who can bring significant value but is not given the opportunity. It rarely has anything to do with your skills and expertise; it's because the company doesn't want to or cannot afford you. Stand your ground, don't undersell yourself because that's an invitation for disrespect. The right companies value people who value themselves! These are the places you want to work at - not only because of salary but because management understands the true cost of running a business and wants quality over cheap workers who fear speaking their minds. - TSL
See The Good In Everything

See The Good In Everything

The good in tech layoffs is that everything gets exposed. Deceitful, malevolent companies are revealing themselves. They expose their masks and facades. In the very first moment companies believed they no longer required tech professionals, they began discarding them like waste. They did so without any human approach, ethics, or empathy. This demonstrates everything about the company culture and their true nature! Now with the increased prices for premium AI models that are expected to rise again in the future, it's time for karma! Over time, this is inevitable! Companies will want the people back, but do they deserve them? You should not easily accept the layoffs. If the same company that laid you off wants to rehire you, you must demand a 50% pay increase as punishment for their ignorance and greed. Period. Do not be fooled by their crocodile tears. If a company has participated in layoffs, remember this saying: history tends to repeat itself, and while you work for them, they will look for ways to lay you off again to save costs. This poses a genuine threat. A snake never changes its character; it merely sheds its skin to become more cunning. Learn to identify the snakes in the tech industry. Avoid them because you'll get bitten again. Companies where darkness reigns should be left shrouded in darkness without people. Would you accept a partner in your personal life who had cheated on you and risk being cheated on again? Don't be naive or foolish. As we like to say frequently: no free pass for everyone! If a company wants to rehire you after laying you off, they should offer you an attractive salary; otherwise, don't accept. Even if they lay you off again, at least you took home a substantial salary, and the venom from the snake will feel less potent, allowing you to survive. This is a metaphor that we believe you can understand. They tell you "it's only business, don't take it personally" but it's another lie and deceit. You should take it personally, not in a vengeful way though because holding a grudge is not healthy. You are a human, and no one should treat you like disposable waste. For this reason, either don't accept an offer from a company that laid you off or if you do accept, make sure your salary is higher than the last time they fired you thinking AI would perform better. There is no going back after the hoe phase. Would you marry a woman who has gone through her promiscuous phase? Why should it be different for a company? "Just because it's business" - that excuse won't fly with us. - TSL
Take Back Your POWER

Take Back Your POWER

If you knew this, you would likely feel disgusted: some recruiters and HR professionals openly boast on LinkedIn when they reject a candidate because their answer wasn't in a way THEY expected. WTF? And because of this, the candidate does not progress to the next round, and hiring managers and CEOs never learn about the candidate - even though they could have been an excellent fit. That is what TSL aims to explain: cut out the middleman and you will reap benefits sooner. Fewer headaches, fewer pointless games, fewer disappointments. More rewards, more genuine communication, more opportunities for landing your next job. TAKE BACK YOUR POWER! Cooperate with recruiters and HR, but remember that they are being compensated to waste your time. Whether you secure the position or not, they will still receive a salary; you won't. It is your responsibility to protect your time, energy and sanity. No exceptions for anyone. It's high time to take back your full power and unleash the strength of this power! - TSL
Recruiters, HR professionals, and psychopathic CEOs are the bottleneck

Recruiters, HR professionals, and psychopathic CEOs are the bottleneck

Make no mistake about it: recruiters, HR, and certain CEOs with psychopathic and egotistical tendencies are a bottleneck. AI is not to blame; rather, it is those CEOs who think they know everything and believe they can "outsmart" the system while extracting great value without offering anything in return that are the problem. For individuals like these, karma always exists and will eventually catch up with them when they least expect it. Nobody respects these CEOs; employees tolerate them only due to monetary compensation, and their projects are buggy and filled with poor-quality code. That's the price these individuals pay for seeking "high quality at a low cost." It's a workplace you likely wouldn't want to be part of, so why subject yourself to disrespect in the first place? Even so, it's important to remember not to dislike or hate anyone involved in the process. Not everyone is bad; however, the truth is that if recruiters and HR are not the bottleneck, then the hiring manager or CEO becomes one - unsure of who to hire due to an overwhelming number of candidates, they may subject applicants to tests. This approach often drives away the best people due to perceived disrespect and immense ego from higher-ups. What is left to choose from are submissive and fearful candidates. The hiring manager and CEO may believe they have hired top talent, but in reality, they have hired timid individuals who were desperate for financial stability. In situations where recruiters and HR form a bottleneck, progression to further rounds becomes less likely, and hiring managers and CEOs never hear about you - if they do, it's probable that they would have hired you instead. This game can be nasty and unfortunate, but that is how it often goes. Protect your peace and aura by avoiding bottlenecks as much as possible! Recognize disrespect and depart promptly, or you'll leave later anyway! - TSL
Cut Off the Middleman (Recruiters, HR) for Greater Happiness and Strengthened Aura

Cut Off the Middleman (Recruiters, HR) for Greater Happiness and Strengthened Aura

This post aims to speak the truth without regard for one's feelings. Cut off the middleman (recruiters, HR, and any other intermediaries) in your job search, whether within the tech industry or elsewhere, and watch as your happiness increases significantly and your aura strengthens promptly. Why is this so? No more waiting for someone else to decide your fate, no more ghosting, no more unnecessary communication, and so forth. You win instantly! Since the world is not black and white and there are nuances, this does not mean you must completely stop relying on recruiters and HR. However, when you do rely on them, expect nothing in return to avoid disappointment. If they help you secure a perfect job, excellent; if not, you walk away without being hurt. Take charge of your life. Through simple online searches (including the use of AI in the process), you can find platforms where you can directly apply for jobs and communicate with hiring managers who make the final decisions about who gets hired. Even better, you can get in direct contact with them. No recruiters, no yo-yo communication, no unnecessary interaction. The reality is that recruiters and HR work primarily for themselves and the company. To them, you are just one of many candidates. Even if you are exceptionally skilled and experienced, they still treat you as any other candidate. This is unfair but that's how it is! Do you understand now why platforms like LinkedIn and others with recruiters and HR for every job make the hiring process seem broken? Zero free passes for all! No one will love or care for you more than you do yourself! For this reason, it is essential to take full ownership of your life and job applications. Rejections without a middleman cause less emotional pain. The chances of getting hired without a middleman in the process are significantly higher, which subconsciously tells you that each rejection brings you closer to the "yes" that leads to employment. When you rely on recruiters and HR, you're trapped in an endless cycle of rejections. Don't hate the game; learn to play it effectively and win! - TSL
Remember forever: recruiters and HR are not your friends - they are your allies, but remember they work primarily for themselves and the company

Remember forever: recruiters and HR are not your friends - they are your allies, but remember they work primarily for themselves and the company

This information may be difficult to accept, yet it is truthful. The truth often disregards one's feelings. Another hard truth to swallow. On a surface level, it may seem that recruiters and HR are rooting for your success in obtaining the job, and that they work for you. However, in reality, they work primarily for themselves and the company. They will ruthlessly reject you if the client so demands. They will not say a word to improve your situation. Stop relying and trusting recruiters and HR excessively. In fact, trust them 0% (zero percentage). Of course, this doesn't mean you need to argue with them. Doing so would be unwise! Instead, play the game, appear to be their ally, but remember that at the end of the day, they will prioritize the company's interests above all else. If you have friends who are recruiters and HR and they consistently side with candidates, exceptions do not make the rule. The majority sets the rule, and unfortunately, the majority of recruiters and HR will prioritize themselves and the companies they work for over you. Even if they know an unfair decision is being made towards you, they won't intervene. This is hypocrisy at its finest. Don't be fooled by a recruiter or HR's fake smile, ever! You are free to disagree with what has been said in this post, but keep in mind: this was written with the goal of protecting you, the job seeker. What's the point of ignoring the truth and getting hurt over and over again? Getting ignored, rejected, given unpaid work and test assignments, having your time wasted, only to get rejected in the next round. Think logically, not with emotions! Painful truth over sweet lies! It's the only way to navigate life effectively! Zero free pass to anyone! Period! - TSL
A day spent avoiding LinkedIn is a positive day worth cherishing

A day spent avoiding LinkedIn is a positive day worth cherishing

A day spent avoiding applications for fake jobs on LinkedIn, positions already filled, or those where a high-count female recruiter will reject you for trivial reasons, is truly a positive day worth cherishing. Savor such days and strive to increase their frequency. Minimize time spent on platforms like LinkedIn. While it's possible to find a valuable opportunity with persistence, the effort may not be worth it if you apply to 100 jobs, receive rejections from 60 of them, hear nothing back from 30, and are contacted for an interview by only 10, ultimately being rejected in subsequent stages. For many people, this has become the norm. That's why posts on LinkedIn about long-term unemployment or impending homelessness come as no surprise. Reframe your perspective: instead of wasting time where rejection is constant due to various factors (some mentioned above), invest your time where you aren't rejected and where interested parties reach out to you directly. Eliminate the middleman (recruiters and HR) and notice how the quality of your life and sleep improves. It's time for honesty. While some recruiters and HR excel at their jobs, not all do. They may lack the qualifications necessary to assess your skills and expertise, yet they still make decisions that impact your job prospects. If you are a job seeker, minimize your time on LinkedIn to protect your aura. Otherwise, you risk being hurt by false hope from unsuitable job opportunities. If this time were invested more wisely, you'd see far better results. Peace of mind above all else! - TSL
